Nordic Hotdog

At Nordic Hotdog, Asgers Jørgensen serves up gourmet hot dogs with a great attention to detail.

You will also find hamburger and roast pork sandwiches on the menu, and at Skøjteøen Asger treats us to Danish Christmas sausages and candied apples, and when the calendar says Christmas, he serves rice pudding.

Asger didn't get his passion for quality hot dogs from strangers. In 1989, his grandmother opened the family business 'Grethe’s Sausages'. The concept was simple: bread from the neighbouring baker and sausages from the local butcher.

In 2019, Asger humbly followed in his grandmother's footsteps and opened Nordic Hotdog at Reffen, and now he also enriches Skøjteøen with his Danish classics, which he practically grew up with.
