At Fuego, Juan Alvarez and his grill masters serve simple and classic Argentinian street food, where open fire, craftsmanship and quality meat are the main ingredients. They grill Argentinian Black Angus beef and homemade chorizo sausages, which go into Fuego's famous sandwich wonders.
At Skøjteøen, Fuego has added a Mexican classic to the menu, chilli con carne, which also comes in a vegetarian version.
A trip on the ice followed by a meaty Argentinian sandwich with chimichurri or a serving of warm, spicy and satisfying chilli con carne - it doesn't get much better than that.
