Everything you need to know about Skøjteøen
Skøjteøen is a fun-loving and icy hotspot in the city filled with life, light and great experiences in the midst of winter darkness. Here are two ice skating rinks - one of which is dedicated to the youngest visitors.
Skating costs 20 DKK and if you don't have your own skates you can rent a pair for 75 DKK.

Skate rental closes 1 hour before the rink.
We are closed 24/12, 31/12 and 01/01 (2025).

Rules
DO’S
All ice skating is anti-clockwise
You must wear ice skates when you enter the rink
Be courteous and respectful to your fellow ice skaters
Please accompany your child under the age of 10
Children below 10 years can use the Children’s rink
Please dress appropriately - we recommend helmet & gloves
DON’T
Don’t eat, drink or smoke on the ice
Don’t play ice hockey on the rink unless organised by Skøjteøen
Don’t wear ice skates outside of the rink
