Manila Street BBQ n’ Bao

Joel Santos is born and raised in Manila, where he chose to follow his heart and become a chef at a Japanese restaurant. He has always loved to cook and with a love for good ingredients, he has passionately experimented with different techniques and flavours.

His experience as a chef has brought him around the world from Bahrain to Cyprus and now to Denmark. His mission is to bring the soul of the Filippino food culture to Copenhagen.
