Everything is made from scratch with a deep love for Danish cuisine. Only the finest local ingredients - grown, raised, and caught in Denmark - make it into the pots and pans. The plaice isn’t just fresh; it’s sustainably sourced from Danish waters.

Behind Hygge are Mo and Leila. She’s a trained chef with over 25 years of experience, while he has spent just as many years refining his taste as a self-proclaimed food connoisseur.
