Skøjteøen's pancake house serving sweet and savoury crêpes
Thin French pancakes, soft in the middle and crispy on the edges, are also on Skøjteøen's menu.
They are made by Crêpes a la Cart, which has two pancake stalls, one of which is located in Skøjteøen's large, warm and cosy indoor space, Werkstatt.
Crêpes a la Cart's batter is made from scratch, and the pancakes come in both savoury and sweet versions.
Try the Skøjteøen special with apples and cinnamon sugar or the Parma ham, egg and cheese pancake. In Werkstatt, Crêpes a la Cart also serves homemade apple dumplings (æbleskiver).
