In Buddha Rolls, the Shafi family combines their favourite Asian flavours in their homemade spring rolls.
The main pillar is Thai cuisine with detours to Japan, Korea and Vietnam. The result is perfect rolls that call for more and are complemented by Buddha Roll's homemade Wicked dips.
Also on the menu: the house banh mi sandwich with crispy chicken, crunchy greens tossed in homemade goma dressing – and, of course, plenty of fresh Asian herbs.
Mikkel Shafi and his wife have decades of experience in the restaurant industry, where they have done everything from lunch box solutions to Michelin.
