Mælkevejen ice cream & coffee is run by Elia Filosa. He is from Sardinia and has been passionate about food and cooking from a very early age. His big passion for ice cream started when he took charge of production and quality control at Ismejeriet. From there on out, his passion for ice cream only grew stronger as he took an ice cream course at The International School of Gelato in Italy. He feels his best when he can nerd the little details and craftmanship – whether it’s pizza, coffee and latte art or ice cream. At Mælkevejen, Elia wants to bring quality ice cream to Copenhagen with ice cream made from scratch and a customer service, you won’t forget.
