West Coast IPA

Reffen Brewery is diving into the hoppy side of life. We’re reviving the good old days when IPAs packed a bitter punch—yes, you guessed it—we brewed a classic West Coast IPA.

This one pours a slightly hazy orange-copper hue, crowned with a foamy white head. A sturdy malty backbone balances the boldness of the hops, and we didn’t hold back: with a hop rate of 16g/L, this brew is crisp, snappy, and bursting with flavor.

Expect a hop-forward profile with bright notes of citrus, pine, grapefruit, and floral hints, thanks to a heavy dose of Citra, Amarillo, Simcoe, and Chinook hops. It finishes dry and satisfyingly bitter – just like a proper West Coast IPA should.
