Too Fluffy

We’re at it again with the beer style of the decade: New England IPA. At Reffen Brewery, we teamed up with our good friend Michael from Thyras Bryg for our second collab of the year, and together we brewed a proper modern banger. 

Coming in at 6.5% ABV, it’s packed with wheat and oats, whirlpool hops, a heavy dry hop, and a biotransformation dry hop.

With this beer, you really get the full modern hop experience. We certainly didn’t hold back on the hop rate: 20 kilos of hops per 1,000 litres of beer. We used Citra, Mosaic and Nectaron, bringing big notes of citrus, dankness, stone fruit, pine and a touch of resin.

As this is a collab, you’ll find Too Fluffy on tap around Copenhagen at some of the great craft beer bars the city has to offer. Have a hoppy summer!
