Bowls & Burgers is all about inspiring people to make healthy and sustainable choices. They are truly food nerds who combine their interest in plant-based and the sensual pleasures of eating. The menu is 100% vegan and predominantly organic.  

Bowls & Burgers is run by Mikkel Shafi and is a food concept that takes responsibility. Mikkel sources his products locally and by season and wants to show the world that plant-based food is tasty, nutritious and filling. So look forward to his bowls and crispy, homemade falafel burgers. 

At Reffen, you’ll find Bowls & Burgers in an old bus converted into a food truck. It is designed by the artist Stine Hvid who’s design will take you straight to the popular market ‘Las Dalias’ in Ibiza.
