In Buddha Rolls, the Shafi family combines their favourite Asian flavours in their homemade spring rolls. The main pillar is Thai cuisine with detours to Malaysia, Japan, China and Korea.
The result is perfect rolls that call for more and are complemented by Buddha Roll’s homemade Wicked dips. The menu also includes the Shafi’s very own creation ‘Not banh mi’ – a brioche filled with crispy duck, chicken or tofu and Asian coleslaw.
Mikkel Shafi and his wife have decades of experience in the restaurant industry, where they have done everything from lunch box solutions to Michelin. They know in other words something about good produce and how to bring out the best flavours when they prepare their pan-Asian delights on Reffen.
