Sometimes less is more. For this batch, Alex and James from Reffen Brewery put Mosaic in the spotlight, using it at every step of the brewing process. The result is a single-hop Session New England IPA at a refreshing 4.9% ABV.
With its light body and snappy bitterness, it's a perfect companion to a day of street food and sunshine at Reffen. Mosaic handles all the heavy lifting here, appearing in the bittering addition, the whirlpool, and the dry hop to showcase its full range of flavours.
Look out for notes of grapefruit, dankness, fresh-cut grass and a touch of pine on the finish. Simple recipe, big hop character. Cheers!
