Moped Madness
Hazy IPA with some horsepower in the glass.
Alex and James from Reffen Brewery are relentless when it comes to brewing IPA, so here’s another fresh Hazy IPA joining the collection.
The beer is called Moped Madness and was brewed in collaboration with Alex and James’ fellow “homebrewer” friends from a local moped club.
At 6.5% ABV, Moped Madness pours a vibrant, hazy orange, while the hop profile pops with bright citrus flavors alongside an almost sweet, candy-like character.
For the cold side, they used Citra and the German hop Mandarina Bavaria. The mouthfeel leans dry, with a satisfying bitter bite on the finish that rounds out the beer.
