TASTING NOTES
A straw-coloured beer with a white, creamy foam on top, clocking in at 5% ABV. You can expect notes of malt, bread, and hay, along with light herbal and fruity hints from the German hops Hallertau Blanc and Hallertau Mittelfrüh.
ABOUT
Kølsch-ish is Reffen Brewery’s take on a classic Kölsch, which is essentially a warm-fermented pilsner. It has been brought to life in a collaboration with our good friend Michael from Thyras Bryg.
Overall, Kølsch-ish is clean in expression, very dry and crisp, but leaning more toward sweet than bitter. We hope you enjoy it.
