Technoyoga for kids in Werkstatt (6-13 years old)

Join us for a fun and different yoga class where we move to cool techno rhythms together with yoga teacher and Natasha.
We'll stretch our bodies, play with yoga and move to the beat of the awesome music. Natasha, also known as Techno Yoga Girl, will guide us through small yoga exercises and dance moves to help us relax, feel our bodies and just have fun.
It's not about being good at yoga, it's about feeling good and finding peace in your body while listening to the music. Come as you are and enjoy a yoga experience with fast-paced music and peace of mind.
