Techno Yoga

Experience Techno Yoga in Werkstatt’s yellow backyard at Reffen.
An energetic combination of vinyasa flow, heavy techno beats, and full-body presence.
The yoga class is taught by Natasha, who also curates the music. She creates a soundscape where electronic techno meets the movement and focus of yoga, offering space to release tension and immerse yourself in your body.
The session takes place outdoors in Werkstatt’s yellow backyard, so we’ll be moving to the beat of techno under the open sky. In case of rain, we’ll move indoors—the event will not be canceled.
There are two sessions today:
5:00–6:00 p.m.
&
6:15–7:15 p.m.
Bring your own yoga mat (or message Natasha if you need one).
Ticket price: 165 kr. (no fees)
No refunds, but reselling tickets is allowed.
