Double Berry Sour

First time’s the charm, right? Our brewers, Alex and James, certainly think so. They’re confident they’ve hit the mark with Reffen Brewery’s very first sour beer.

It starts with a base of 80% English barley, complemented by 20% fruit, made up entirely of berries. Alex and James packed in the equivalent of 200 kilos of blueberries and raspberries (split 50/50), creating bold berry notes with a bright, tangy sourness.The result is a beautifully balanced beer with a full, creamy body.
